We believe that our first responsibility is to deliver Products & Services consistently Ensuring Consumer Safety and Satisfaction.

Our efforts would be concentrated in striving to produce products , which are safe and inline With all statutory as well as Unilever internal standards.

To do this we will have to develop an attitude in each one of us to ‘Do it right first time, every time.’

We understand that the key to achieve excellence at every level of operation is to:

Define and set standards.
Educate, train, evaluate and reward employees.
Record and monitor methodically every stage / step of our operation.
Establish procedures to identify any contamination due to foreign body, microbial, chemical or allergen contaminant.
Study, establish and maintain critical control points in operations to avoid entry of potential consumer safety hazards in all the products.
Develop procedures to isolate any suspect quality issue product at any stage and take established appropriate corrective action.
Grant right to every employee to stop any unsafe process or activity.
Review and effect changes to satisfy customer / consumer needs and expectations.
